Bleach, Death Note, Naruto Added to U.S. iTunes Store


The American distributor Viz Media has announced that it added the Bleach, Death Note, and Naruto television anime series to Apple's iTunes online download store in the United States today. English dubbed versions of the first 41 episodes of Bleach, all 37 episodes of Death Note, and the first 25 uncut episodes of Naruto are now on the service. The three series are the first offerings in the new Viz Media studio section. Except for the later episodes of Bleach and the last four episodes of Death Note which just ran on America's Adult Swim television network, these episodes are also available on the Direct2Drive and TotalVid services. Funimation, Manga Entertainment, and Tezuka Productions have also added anime to the iTunes store in America.

Sweepers are not unlike bounty hunters, they are licensed by the government and free to move about as they please, however, unlike real-life bounty hunters sweepers are internationally accepted and endorsed by the governments of the world and respected for their contribution to maintaining justice. The pamphlets with information on criminals are spread throughout the world in public places like bars, where Sweepers hang out.

Loki Ragnarok

The Gotei 13 goteijūsantai, 13 Division Imperial Guards, or 13 Court Guard Squads in the English dubbed version) is the organization which most Shinigami (Soul Reapers) join. It is split into thirteen divisions,with several divisions having certain specializations. The Gotei 13 is subservient to the edicts of the Central 46 Chambers. They also have no jurisdiction over any of the noble families. The symbol of the Gotei 13 is a rhombus, all the 13 Divisions symbols are placed within the rhombus on the back of the Captains haori.

The Host of Jinchuuriki



Jinchuuriki" meaning the "power of human sacrifice", are those individuals possessing tailed demons within their bodies. The demons themselves are known by the number of tails their body possesses, and each has different characteristics. Shukaku ("Ichibi") is the One-Tailed Tanuki, "Nibi" is the Two-Tailed Cat, "Sanbi" is the Three-Tailed Turtle, "Yonbi" is a Four-Tailed animal, "Gobi" is a Five-Tailed animal, "Rokubi" is a Six-Tailed animal, "Shichibi" is a Seven-Tailed animal, "Hachibi" is the Eight-Tailed Ox-Cephalopod and "Kyuubi" is the Nine-Tailed Fox. The only known named jinchuuriki are Gaara of the Sand, Nii Yugito, Roushi, Killer Bee and Uzumaki Naruto. Sanbi is the only known bijuu without a host, though it was housed within a Mist ninja at some point in the past.

Samurai X

Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Swordsman Romantic Story Rurōni Kenshin Meiji Kenkaku Romantan is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Nobuhiro Watsuki. The fictional setting takes place during the early Meiji period in Japan. The story is about a fictional Assasin named Himura Kenshin formerly known as the "Hitokiri Battōsai" or "Battosai the Manslayer" in the English dub) who becomes a wanderer to protect the people from Japan. Being a fan of the Shinsengumi, Watsuki designed the characters by basing their characteristics to that of real Shinsengumi members and also used fictional representation of them and other historical characters from the Bakumatsu period of Japan.

The manga initially appeared in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump from September 2, 1994, to November 4, 1999. The complete work consists of 28 tankōbon volumes. The United States release of the manga has been completed by Viz Media. Rurouni Kenshin is subtitled "Wandering Samurai" in some English releases, as a rough translation of "Rurouni." The English-language versions of the OVAs as well the film is released as Samurai X, although the original title was included in the DVD releases. Writer Kaoru Shizuka has written an official Rurouni Kenshin novel titled Voyage to the Moon World. The novel has been translated by Viz and distributed in the United States and Canada.

The series has been highly popular in both Japan and America. The manga has sold over 47 million copies in Japan as of 2007, while the anime has ranked between the 100 most watched series in Japan multiple times.

Bleach Plot Summary
Kurosaki Ichigo is a 15 year old boy that has an ability to see ghosts/spirits. Because of his ability, he is able to meet a female death god (a.k.a Shinigami) named Kuchiki Rukia. To save his family and friends from unwanted soul-eating spirits (Hollows), Rukia transfers her Shinigami powers to Ichigo. As Rukia takes on a human shell, together they solve mysteries involving spirits and hollows until from the spirit world comes 2 other shinigamis explaining that it is illegal to transfer Shinigami powers to humans and Rukia exceeded the time limit to stay in the human world. After they sentence her death for breaking the laws, Ichigo snaps and swears to everyone he will retrieve Rukia by breaking into the spirit world.

The story begins with a young humanoid boy named Goku, who discovers that he was sent to Earth to blend in and destroy our population but instead elects to protect it from an oncoming alien onslaught bent on dominating the universe and controlling the mystical objects. He seeks out upon his adoptive grandfather Grandpa Gohan's dying request to find the great Master Roshi and gather all seven Dragon Balls. Of which he has one, in order to prevent the evil Lord Piccolo from succeeding in his desire to use the Dragon Balls to take over the world. And Goku's quest is to obtain the mystical Dragonballs before Piccolo does.

As we all know that this anime is so cool. Many people watch this anime when i was in grade school, even now there are still fans of this anime are watching.
And now here they are again Guko together with his friends defending the Earth, in the first time in history dragon ball ainime become a human dragon ball movie and it will be realese in april 2009.
So you only have to do is to wait the New Year to wath this movie...

Naruto Shippuden


Naruto is an anime and manga series by Masashi Kishimoto. Its main character, Naruto Uzumaki, is a loud, hyperactive, adolescent ninja who constantly searches for approval and recognition. His dream is to become Hokage, the acknowledged leader and strongest ninja in the village.

The manga was first published by Shueisha in 1999 in the 43rd issue of Japan’s Shonen Jump magazine. As of volume 36, the manga has sold over 71 million copies in Japan. Viz Media publishes a translated version in the American Shonen Jump magazine. Naruto has become Viz’s best-sellling manga series. As of July 1, 2008, the first 30 volumes are available.

The first of two anime series, produced by Studio Pierrot and Aniplex, Naruto premiered across Japan on the terrestrial TV Tokyo network and the anime satellite television network Animax on October 3, 2002, and is still being aired today. Viz also licensed the anime for North American production. Naruto debuted in the United States on Cartoon Network’s Toonami programming block on September 10, 2005, and in Canada on YTV’s Bionix on September 16, 2005. Naruto began showing in the UK on Jetix on July 22, 2006. It began showing on Toasted TV on January 12, 2007 in Australia, although it could be watched on Cartoon Network in 2006. The first series lasted nine seasons, while Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles began its first on February 15, 2007.
